The staff was very nice and amicable. the bedroom was beautiful and comfy. - the amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and bathrobes were very handy. - the location was great, with a bus stop near the venue. - the venue was near Syracuse downtown.

the hotel had a magnificent location minutes from san tommaso al pantheon. the staff and people generally were friendly. the room was comfortable and beautiful, had essentials, like hairdryers, a bidet, and terry cloth bathrobes.
